Rb20: Wierd spoblem linking to no spark?

I recently swapped in a rb20 into my 92 coupe and the swap came from a running car that was wrecked. Everything was pretty much plug and play. The engine gets fuel, and turns over fine. But we're not getting any spark.

My buddy noticed a really weird problem, whenever we start the car, theres a spark on the starter solenoid. We cant tell exactly where its coming from but its on the solenoid. Anyone who could chime in on this and help me figure out would be awesome.
