rb20 valves

i found the reason why i have no compression, bent valves.so i was wondering if i can just do valves or do i need new guides as well.so if ne one knows where to get those parts or if a usdm car has interchangable parts.

no usdm conterparts for valves.if you're having new(ish) valves fitted just get the seats and guides redone...much easier to do out of car.when i had my head done my exhaust guides were very worn, machinest said they were loose in the bores more so than normal.
