rb20 valve spring compressor!

hey what type of valve spring compressor is used on the rb20. i tried the autozone ( v8) valve spring compressor it can get the retainers off but getting them back in is fu,kn hard so i dont wanna do that again. it took like 2 hours for 2 valves.

i need to change my valve guide seals and was wondering where i can get the tool?
