1st take head off and bring it to a shop to get checked out. chances are everything will be in good shape. don't bother with the valve springs. stock cam power peaks at 6400ish. get a good turbo and not some ebay china crap, unless you don't care about making power. skip that intakemanifold and rock the stock one. get bigger injectors and get nistune, sell the safc. I say all this if your looking to make power.

ok ill do that and i plan on getting a good turbo thats why i was looking at a cheap intake and exhaust mani cuz i wont have money for good ones after i get a turbo and do them intakes suck that bad? i want to make a lil more power but i dont want my intake running across my head cuz i want to make my ls coil packs coil on plug and its in the way and are stock injectors closed to maxed out on a stock setup?

From what I have heard 400hp can be done on the stock intake manifold. it's not pretty but it works. That manifold you linked is just a new plenum cover. They sell better ones on ebay but don't spend the money on that yet. Head gasket and head studs, skip the valve springs unless you plan on getting cams. Even tho I have heard other people spinning stock RB20's to 8k on stock valve springs. I didn't take the chance and upgraded mine when I installed my cams. Don't worry about the LS2 coil pack unless yours are messed up. The stock coil packs will do 400whp easy. I'll give you some advice on the turbo too don't go big 50trim 55trim and it won't be so laggy. I have a SC61 turbo and I'm the lag monster. my power band is from 5400-8000.

I went ls2 coil packs when my igniter went bad and I'd do cams but no money for that so I guess ill just do valve guides or are them fine to? And yea I know its just the top part of the plenum and I want to do that so my pipeing is run nicer I'm not doing it for a power gain and yea I'm doing my hg and head studs how thick of a hg should I get?

1.2 is fine the compression on the RB20 is only 8.5:1. I doubt any gains will be had since it's not shorter or has velocity stacks inside, It will be just like stock. Only way to really know is to dyno with the stock intake manifold 1st and dyno with that intake manifold been the only change and see if you get a shift in the power band or lose power.
