RB20 turbo OR SR20 turbo on KA

i've searched! and founds lots of info and people with SR20 T25/T28 turbos on their KA-T setup, but i havent really found anything on people using RB series turbos on their KA-T.... are there any particular reasons for this?... i know SR parts are easier to find than RB

i plan on a mild setup pushing no more than 7psi, i can get my hands on a RB20 T3(i think?) turbo for a very good price with lines, downpipe and all... for the roughly the same price i can get the same stuff for an Blacktop SR20 T25which would be best?
