Anyone know if these are anygood, they are made by SSAutoChrome (bad rep, but I heard some of the new mani's might be decent)?http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...QrdZ1

I need a manifold that will allow me to use either a GT3071 or GT3076 turbo.

T3 flange, I beleive the turbos you are interested in are T2 flanged. SSAC seems to be hit or miss on quality.

I would like to help you though, here is an ad in a local paper in Okinawa. Maybe he still has the HKS manifold he lists.

R32 HKS exhuast manifold with T3 flange $100/ R32 Cat eleminator and back 3" piping exhaust $150/HKS 256 Camshafts for a RB20DET engine $400/R32 Skyline HICAS Bar $100/Call Terrell @ 957-0420 or e-mail [email protected]

I have one but it is not for sale. That is an ad I pulled from a local paper. That would be an HKS cast iron bottom-mount. They have a T4 flange and accept either the HKS standard or special racing wastegate. See if the dude has the gate too.

That would be so awesome! Do you think you could look into getting that manifold for me?

I spent many hrs dremeling out the holes on the head flange and shaving down all the splatter and crap in the collector.

It sucks that you had to do that but you were smart to do it and saved yourself a blown turbine in the process. I just scored an Apexi cast iron manifold on Yahoo, tasty!

I prefer cast iron over stainless for durability at the expense of maximum flow. I wanted this one because Apex is the only manifold maker I have seen that had the good sense to make a dual-pattern flange to fit all RBs

That manifold looks awesome! Mind telling us what you got it for? BTW I'm in negotiating a sale with the guy in Okinawa with the HKS manifold. Will you go punch him in the face if he doesn't send it to me?

Whichever manifold... I'd say 3071 vs the 76...

That Apexi manifold looks more like a log manifold vs the HK$ unit.
