i have a blown RB25 turbo, and a perfectly fine RB20 turbo for my RB20.. Will it make any sort of difference to just slap the RB25 compressor housing on my rb20 turbo? as in, a rb20 exhaust housing, wheel and everything, with just a rb25 compressor side housing? It would only take me like 2 mins so if it only can give me like 5-10whp thats fine ill do it. i just wanna know if there will be ANY difference than just a stock rb20 turbo.. thanks

No idea.....

Dunno how well that will work. The 25 compressor wheel is bigger. So the clearance between the wheel and the housing will be much larger.

You might actually loose some power low to mid, and might gain a bit of flow up top.

Try it.Get a dyno before and after then you can tell if you have any gains/losses and where.

Just make sure there's no interference anywhere.

I've got an RB25 turbo with no actuator sitting around in good shape if you are interested. $180 shipped.
