Rb20 tuning

I've had my rb in my s13 for a while, stock rb20 with fmic,rb25 turbo, 3"Straight pipe exhaust and that's about all that's done to the motor
Does anyone base map tune or socket ecus in the mid west or anywhere??? Does Carl h still do this?
