i am finding it harder and harder to find a power fc for my car and if i do find one they want some crazy price for it.does nebody have one with a camander .also how much of a downfall would i have if i got my ecu reflashed, instead of getting the pfc

what are your goals and what kind of mods do you have.a reflashed ecu works wonders...just has to be setup right.i'll be doing a chipped ecu on this latest 'super secret' project that im involved with...lets just say it will be a bit of an unothodox swap.

im looking to get in the 300hp range. i have 75ilb injectors gt3076r bigger cams and a 300zx mas.what do u think right setup or no thanx 4 the response

You don't need cams for that. A bigger slightly bigger turbine, RB25DET, VG30ET, any decent T3 would do, a nice interccoler, full exhuast and an SAFC would get you that much.

Be honest with yourself. If you think you will want more than 300 anytime soon you should grab parts with that in mind. I wouldn't trust an SAFC with more than 300hp on an RB20 so if you plan on more you should keep trying for the PFC or something equally capable.

Ehh, I hear ya. PFC's are not cheap, good thing I don't have the finances to allow one right now anyway.

I wouldn't trust the SAFC too far from what I've heard, but as a side note, 300 should be easily attainable with a gt30.

You are still eligible for a ROM tune, PFC seems a bit much for that setup.

YOU COULD GO WITH A BIKI ROM IF YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH FOR THE PFC....CARL H HAS ONE AND SEEMS TO LOVE IT...NOT SURE WHO SELLS THEM...I'VE BEEN LOOKING INTO THEM BUT HAVEN'T SEE ANYONE SELLING THEM..
