rb20 trouble please help

i have a 1990 240 with a rb20 swap. i started it up one day kinda rough idle when i drove it black smoke blows out an it smells hella rich it only does this when it starts too make boost it also cuts out something terrible an looses pretty much all power until i back of the throttle an it stops makin boost someone told me it might be my maf so i got a used one off ebay but got messed over cause it looks like some one has done some serious damage too it but i tried it any way an still runs horrible i miss it it is my daily an only car please can some one help me tell me anything it might be just lead me in the right direction thanks

having a hard time sorting the gramatical mess but it sounds like one hell of a boost leak, check for a blown or loose ic pipe or damaged coupler.

i checked all of that tonight an its all good could it maybe be the intercooler

try changing ur spark plug gap to 0.35 and try changing ur maf...........the smoke could also be ur turbo seals.....let me know if that helps
