RB20 TPS problem / Code 43

Hey,

I'm having a problem with my Idle and setting the timing.So I started checking the TPS sensor and it was not set correctly and I am NOT receiving any resistance between TPS pin # 2 & 3.

I've now set the TPS voltage to .5 Volts closed and 4.22 Volts open.

Also I've getting 5.12 volts to the TPS

Right now I'm getting CODE 43

Is my TPS bad???
