RB20 to S13 Gauge Cluster Install Questions

I hope that someone here will be able to help me out. I have some pictures attached to help. I looked in the Tech section found the article. However, there are a few issues that I am having with it.

There are 3 wires that are Yellow with Red Stripe. I know one of them has to be the Tach Wire, but which one? Two of them are coming from the middle plug and the other is not.

Also,

I want to know who else had attempted/done this install? There are many issues with the Guide that does not make any sense to me. For example,

RB - Plug 3Fuel – red with black stripe (fuel warning light)

KA - Plug 1 Fuel – red with black stripe (fuel light)

Then further down it says...Black plug red/black is batt (clock power) *I am assuming red with black stripe*

RB - Plug 1Acc – blue (clock power)

KA - Plug 2Ill+ - blue (clock illumination)
