RB20 Timing Issues (pictures)

i cant figure out why the car wont start, first i thought i had the timing a notch off because it would only run ok if i had the CAS sensor all the way to the right, so i turned the crankshaft pulley 1 notch on the timing belt to the advance direction, but it wouldn't even start so i put it back to where i had it first and that is where it is now,

and i changed the waterpump and timing belt, but before i did anything it ran good, but it was overheating so i wanted to change the water and timing belt anyways,i've attached some picture of all the marks you can see the i have the marks line up

According to the r32 Manual"Remove the locker cover oil filler cap from intake sideand check that front end of the camshaft faces intakeside."

if there is something im leaving out please let me know

Wow so nobody knows what to do? is there somewhere that i can get some info?

did u try to start it with out the timing cover . if so u probably broke your cas . i done the same thing
