rb20 timing belt tensioner

i was on another forum and a guy said he dident set his right and ran it for a while then it casue the timing 2 get off n he ended up dropping a valve..

got me kinda scared..

i dident see any timing marks on mine.. but i got er pretty tight.. any input?

You really need to check the marks - they are there. The belt should also have marks on it. Do some reading and verify, because if you have it wrong, you can slap valves against pistons, and that is never a good thing.
