rb20 swap.....idle and throttle problems

hey guys im new to the site.i just got done putting rb20 into my 90 s13. it starts up just fine, yet the idle is up and down up and down and soo on. plus when i give it throttle it will rev up just a tad and then bog out and then rev and bog out again..... if i hold throttle wide open it will do same like revup up then stop and then rev up to same rpm's again and stop then rev up to same and so on and on can anyone give me some advice would be realy apreciated thanks guys im desprite to drive it lol

I don't know RB's at all but it sounds like one of 3 issues

FPR lowBad 02 sensor or just bad AFRBad air meter (map or maf)

Make sure the throttle cable has been adjusted to where it needs to be... i ahd same problem with my ka swap it was just the cable and the IACV. took forever to figure out but then again i dont know RB's either
