It's all well and good now that I know the reasons behind each motor in a 240, but how about a Cefiro? The RB20 can be stroked to 2.4 litres, etc, make gobs of power, but would it be less reliable than an SR at say 16^ lbs?I really don't care bout bandwagoning or bein like this one or that one, I want a quick reliable ride that'll get me through the day and some respect & *other things* at night.

the cefiro's gonna be a daily driver and a (sometimes) sunday drag racer, and a night prowler. Which engine would give up the ghost quicker, consume more gasoline, make more noise (hear the RB's are quite sweet )get more tourque in the end(and any other suggestions u guys have)

if this sounds like a newb ques bear with it, all the RB talk is mostly about them in 240's, and tha ceffy is a mix betw the S13 and skyline so I'm not sure which one it applies more to lol.

oh yea I'm gonna need ta swap in a manual after I get insured 4 that thing lol. not gonna cause too much probs aye? or should I jess get a rb26 if I find the money? lol

the money its gonna cost to stroke and rebuild a RB20 properly you could just put a RB25 in and have a better engine all around. probably have money left over.

haha forutionatley i have 2 cars and ive only have had the 240 in the rain once since i did the RB (stupid freak arizona storms). i wasnt worried about the wipers, it was the fact i had NO TRACTION that scared me more lol. but yes, a liberal coating of rain-x works wonders.

Cool car man.

I would say that you should contact Meggala

Meggala.com.. he is a member here and posts once in a while. he has a Ceffy and lives in Aus or NZ.. can't remember. Anyhow.. he swapped out the RB and put in a SR? Ask him what he thinks, as he is probably the only person on this board that has much to say about ceffy's.

I am perfectly aware of that lol, I'm after that bodykit imitation is the sincerest form of flattery he should be happy I gat it in my sig, I would . Yeah I was on his site when I was checking around for cefiro's for sale, it's quite solid.

man if a 240 and an integra could whip on the meanest evo 2's & 3's I've ever seen, a cefiro can do it too.

what turbo goes good with an RB25 for up to 20lbs? and around how much hp would that equate to?

master plan...need to sort out the holescefiro, rwd, *rb25~sr20<<????rb26????(no, not enuff $$$)*, suicide rear doors, g5 tints, rims?????????, bucket seats, hks BOV,

nytign missing?
