rb20 seals please help

i need to know what US cars use the same seals for the crank seal and cam sealnow the cam I think it was posted that the vg30dett crank seal are the same as the rb20's cams seals but wan to verify and want tho know is there is a cross ref for the crank sealalready read all stickeys

z32 cam seals work in the rb20 head as cam seals and apparently as a front main seal too for the oil pump.....i believe the dohc ka rear main seal is the same as the rb.
