if i wanted to run a new wire from the black/pink fuel pump wire all the way to the ecu which pin would it be? im pretty sure its not pin 18(fuel pump relay) i have it wiring to that now but it doesnt stop priming and im pretty sure its the reason im running lean. any ideas?

because of the old owner of the motor im having to redo almost every wire in the car

ok... i take that back i was looking at my ecu pins and i seem to be missing pin #18 all together and found half of the original wire(black/pink) all cut up in the harness...

ecu ident : 23710 -73l71 its got a big 77 on it , is this the right ecu?....

On my rb20 I just ran my Black/Pink wire to the same colored wire on the connector that shared the tach and water temp wires.

Since its running all the time, why do you think that's causing a lean issue? Maybe you should get a cheap fuel pressure gauge and run it by your fuel filter.

And how does your fuel pump look? My stocker was caked in a rust slushie....

fuel pump shut off is ecu controlled if it does not see crank roatation for more than 3 sec.if the pump runs non stop that will not cause a lean condition.

the retard that had this harness befor me had it ran to pin#16.... which gives out a constant 1v signal.... im guessing that caused the lean issue, im gunna try hard wiring the fuel pump to a acc wire and see what happens.
