my rb20 pulls just as hard with 3/4 throttle as it does with full throttle..... This is the only turbo car i have ever driven, so i dont know if this is normal. everything is basically stock.mods s14 with stock lsdintake, exhaust, no catsmall fmic 2.5 piping hot and cold sidewalbro 255 fuel pump z32 filter

is it possible i am getting too much fuel with the fuel pump causing it to run rich if i floor it?? i am still using the stock 270cc injectors and no afmarket FPR. Stock turbo at stock boost as well. any ideas or "tests" i could run would be great.

Unless you've tested this on a dyno, the I'd think you just have a poor butt dyno. I'm sure its still pulling but its hard for you to tell since 3/4 is enough to spool the turbo and make you think its pulling just as hard as full throttle.

your running reallly really rich. how rich? 10.8 A/F. The Walbor blows past the factory FPR. You want some power back your going to have to bring that FP back to stock.

I had the same problem with my old 20, WOT or even above 5k rpm, the power was just flat. I just chalked it up to a dying turbo, even though it still spooled really quickly. No big boost leaks, timing was dead on, walbro, nismo fpr set right, 3" exhaust, 6-range plugs...but 3/4 throttle was still pretty damn quick.

(I sold the car before I got around to fixing it, as it just sat most of the time.)

Really simple; goes in place of your stock one if you get the Nismo one. You'll need a fuel pressure gauge to hook up inline; set it to 43psi with vacuum disconnected and once given vacuum, it should drop to ~35psi at idle.
