RB20 problem no signal from ecu 2 fuel pump relay??????

hello so iv'e traced my no fuel problem down to i'm not getting ne signal from the ecu pin for the fuel pump to kick on, my quetion is what could cause this? ive replaced the ecu, and still the same thing. what else cause this pin to go hot???thanks
