rb20 power problem

hey guys, i have an s13 with rb20det and it idles fine and it drives fin at normal acceleration but when u punch it the car moves but no where nearly like it should and its seems like it has to think about going and it revs freely but it just isnt right i have replaced igniter and coils checked wiring and still just its just not rite any help would be much appreciated thanks in advance.

so even if im hitting full boost at 10 i could still have a boost leak.

Yes. wastegate is acctuated by psi so it will just have to spin faster before it opens. =lag, slow response

I kept messing with the cas "disconnect AAC!" till it ran perfect. I used my timing light but couldnt get idle to stay steady enough so adj. drive//repeat..like three times then started pullin good.
