Ap engineering has closed their doors so there are no longer making rb20 power fcs. Any know if i can mod a rb25 power fc to be used on a rb20?

are you sure that ap engineering is no longer around?yellow4g63 got one not too long ago straight from them......from what i understand the rb25 one will work as long as you have bigger injectors than the stock 270's.maps are gonna be the diffrent so i doubt that the presluged ones that apex'i puts in for the rb25 will be good on the rb20.

Ohh yeah AEM has a unit for the RB motors comming out soon so just wait for that. I might trade up too.

u can still get them there is some dude on ebay always have them instock i got my SR power FC

search for rb20det its $999 buy it now only option and he is a cool guy to deal with

I saw the rb20 ecu on ebay already. I asked the seller to email me detailed pics of the serial number to verify that it was an actual ap engineering power fc...If you notice in his picture, he has crossed something out and wrote in rb20. He never replied so I am a little hesitant to drop $999 on an unknown ecu. Not to mention, if the ecu is a modded rb25 ecu, that can be purchased brand new for around $850. I have a friend that works at Apexi and he said that they can no longer get rb20 power fcs because AP engineering recently closed their doors. I just wanted to see if anybody had tried the rb25 power fc before I drop close to a G on an ecu that may or may not work...
