RB20 oil feed for aftermarket Turbo

Ok guys let me know if there is a problem with this. I reused the factory banjo bolt and got a line made to feed to my new turbo. A local place out here in Cali called Banaco hoses and Fittings made it for me. Total cost was $32 after taxes.

Fits like a glove, I did this same setup on my DSM when I switch from the factory turbo to a T3/T4E. factory oil feed banjo to the garret oil feed and never had a problem with it.

As long as it doesnt leak i dont see a problem with it

looks fine to me. use new copper gasket at the block side.

What is the new turbo? Remember there is a restriction built into the stock bolt... also check to see what the new turbo specs for a bolt thread height and where the hole is spec'd

It's a SC61 turbo. I talked to a few others and they haven't reported any problems doing it the way I have done it..... yet lol.

restriction is good, too much oil pressure to the turbo = blown rear seal.

another reason why they made these for standard bearing (ball bearing turbo has a built in restrictor):
