I'm pretty much done with my rb20det swap into my 240sx but I cant get the car to turn over.
If I prime the fuel pump a bunch of times or put starting fluid in it it will start for a couple seconds
but thats all I can get. Anyone know anything that it could be?

make sure you dont have the fuel lines switched up. people get confused and hook them up the wrong way. i;ve done it once.

double check the timing. If you give it some gas to hold it at a higher rpm, does it stay on for longer, or does it bog out?

definitely check the fuel line routing

I made sure the fuel lines were going the right direction and all that stuff.
However i think the injectors arent pulsing when I crank the car.
I checked the wiring going to the injectors and its all getting 12 volts.
Could the injectors be bad?

I had to wire a relay to the fuel pump to run at 12v constant because mine kept flooding. Has worked fine ever since.

Yeah, everything is getting power. how do I check the CAS and why would it keep the injectors from firing?

Are the injectors getting power?

My swap had 2 problems- the injectors weren't firing, and the #1 coil kept burning up.

The injectors were the relay wasn't getting a signal to turn on, so i tied it into the other relay, and I ran new wires for the #1 coil. Problems solved.

I know that before I got the engine it sat for a long time. I'm sure that could cause some sort of problems and I was hoping it wouldnt have a problem. Is there any way to check the CAS and injectors?

pull the cas off and spin it with your hand, if u hear the injectors ticking u should be fine, thats how i checked mine, alos rustspecS13, i had the same problem i burnt a coil pack the other day when i got mine started, u think i should run new wires? and were do you get your coils from?
