I just swapped in my RB20 into my 90 s13, and followed the skillzilla and carl h swap guides.

I have the fuel pump black/pink wire hooked up from the ecu and to the sohc brown plug wire. I believe I hear the fuel pump priming. I could not find any plain black wires aka grounds that werent in the ignitor area so if you have a pic of any other grounds Id appricate it.

A guy on rbforums.org is having the same issue and he traced it to his pin #20 ground not grounding properly. I cut into the insulation near the ecu and grounded it, and no luck. I used starting fluid to turn it over after that, and then my #1 coil pack fried!! I do have a q45 coil pack but still....

Now Im going to go out and check my oil filter and make sure I have oil pressure, and then go over my grounds again. If any one has any sudgestions Id much appricate it. I DO NOT want to fry my ecu or anything else...
