here is what happened
car was idling a little funny monday after it got hot
next day when i go to drive it. starts fine. as soon as i go to take it down the street(has warmed up a little) it started bogging out
thinking im running out of gas bc its low
make it to the gas station
run it and it doesnt rev above 2500
so i dont even make it out of the lot
pop open the hood to see whats up
maf wire somehow was resting on the turbo and melting the wires together.
redo the wiring for the maf
much better connection now
also i get a better ground for the ingitor chip
i go to crank it and no spark
i have fuel pressure
all fuses are good
i did notice just a little smoke coming out of the steering wheel when i was parking it.
maybe im just to frustrated to see the easy fix?
what gives signal to the coils?
please help

Open up the ecu and look for a burnt wire, when my maf wire fell on the turbo, it burnt a small wire on the ecu and it wouldn't start. I soldered a jumper wire and it was fine after that.

All you should have to do is solder a jumper wire from the pin that goes to the wiring harness to the other side of the burnt trace on the board. Most of the time its just a wire on the PCB that fries, no capacitors or anything.
