rb20 no spark with codes 21 and 43

hey so i tried to start my rb20 yesterday and i got no spark. soo i checked all my grounds and wiring and everything seems to be okay. i checked my ecu for codes today and i got 21 and 43 ignition signal and knock sensor. i also decided to check voltage on the ign. wires coming from the ecu "the blue ones" and 3 of them are only getting like 2v. with key on and 3v. when cranking. and the other 3 are getting only like .1-.3v with key on and like 1v cranking. if anyone has some ideas for me please let me know. thanks
