i finally tried to drive my rb powered spitfire last night and it seems to be missing on some cylinders, it runs pretty rough(or not as smooth as everyone says the i-6 is supposed to be). i checked for spark and all 6 have spark so i was wondering if i might not be getting power to a coiple injectors, is there a wire thatmaybe controls half the injectors??i am looking at the ecu pinout and theres only one power wire and its getting power, could there be a ground thats not hooked up, i appreciate the help!!!

If gap is ok pull each lead off each injector till you find the problem or group that is not working. Do you have a pic posted somewhere? I would love to see that thing.

might be a dodgy ignitor, does the problem get worse as the car gets warmer?

Also, please make sure that you checked the timing. Pull up the FSM on the motor and see what the timing needs to be at for your RB20. I ran my RB26 for about 5 days and had some of the problems you are describing. Came down to the timing being at 8 degrees, versus 20 degrees like the FSM says.

i will try to have some pics tonight, one thing i thought of is that i ran all new steel fuel lines maybe when i was setting them up i got some dirt or something in there, i forgot to flush them first(guess i was a little TOO excited) i might have plugged an injector. for the timing wich looped wire do i hook the timing light to, there is a small single wire and a larger one with 2 wires going to it? if i have a plugged injector i may try to blow it out with compressed air on the nozzle side and turn the engine so it opens the injector
