It has everything to do with the fuel system or turbo. PSI is a measure of resistance. What are you actually asking here? how much power can you make?

That would all depend on how much the turbo in question can flow(lbs/min).

They dont "max" out at a certain set pressure. There is way more variables here that you are overlooking.

I think a better answer to your question would be how much can a stock block handle safely? Many have seen over 400 wheel hp with a proper tune.

Its all about the tune. If your fuel system and other supporting mods can handle it then you should be able to get mid 400s without any risk. The internals can handle more than enough power but remember people blow motors all the time with power in the 200s.

and that would happen beacuse they dont have the right supporting mods like fuel system upgrade or turbo upgrade?

It's tuff to decipher what you are asking man. Not enough fuel? Motor go boom. Bad tune? Motor go boom. Turbo to big for 2L? Won't spool until 6k rpm, and maybe motor go boom.

Like was asked before, how much hp do you want? Who cares what boost level you are at if it doesn't knock and you make you hp goal?
