rb20 issues

So I just dropped in a rb20 while I rebuild my sr but it's giving me some problems. It does not want to idle for anything I had to tighten my throttle cable so it will idle. Also it hesitates I push on the gas a little bit and and starts to buck a little bit but if I depress the pedal it goes away it builds boost fine and everything else seems to be fine I haven't had time to grab my friends boost leak tester but all my couplers seem to be fine I don't know much about rb's so maybe im missing something. If you need to know its completley stock running a front mount and that's it.

fuel pump is fine its a 255 walbro as for tps everything checks out ok we where thinking I need an intake manifold gasket could that cause my issues??

check it inside and outside for leaks..even the smallest leak can cause those types of problems...trust me i know lol.

Make one of those Boost leak checkers cost me $12.00 at home depot.

Mine's not stock but I found that I had leaks at the throttle body and from my IACV.Def check it, would let you know if your ITM gasket is bad.
