RB20 into S13 won't start

Hey guys hoping you might be able to help me out with something..
im in the middle of a rb20 swap into a s13 and just got done with what i think is all the wiring
ecu light comes on, 2 green relays click, fuel pump primes
but the engine won't even crank or turn over, i turn the key and nothing happens
the battery has been sitting for awhile so im going to try charging it tomorrow but interior lights work and it seems too simple to be that
double checked my wiring with multiple guides, Highfives guide and this one: http://forums.gtrcanada.com/gts-tech/41 ... c-s13.html

anyone have an idea or throw out some trouble shooting tips to help me out?
first time doing a swap so im kinda a noob

So I've narrowed it down to that my starter isn't getting any power (like .01 on the multimeter) is there a plug that connects the starter to power that I'm missing? I have a few hanging loose but none with the same color wire as the starter. I've got the o connector and plug connected on the starter. Ill mess with it more later after class but any help I appreciated
