RB20 into S13 driveshaft question

Hey all, in the middle of of rb20 swap into s13
the drive shaft is hitting the dust cover on the back of the transmission and ive read around that this needs to be trimmed or removed
theres no room for me to trim it and it looks like it should just pop off with some force??
just wanted to ask on here if anyone knows how before i break anything thanks.

Take it off that's what I did when I did my swap.

it should just pop off right? im not gonna break anything if i stick something in that space between the transmission and dust cover? thanks for the quick reply

yeah it's pushed in so you have to slide it back out.
