I tried searching for a while, tries a lot of different keywords but couldnt find any information of people using these intake manifolds.

I understand that the rb20 and rb25 cannot interchange intake manifolds. I also have seen the greddy intake manifold for the 25 but they didnt make one for the 20.

I found this on ebay while I was looking for general prices of the rb20 and came accross "KU engineering's rb20 intake manifold"

I was wondering if anyone have had this mounted in their rb20.

There is also another competing intake manifold system from PNT Performance.

Both are priced under 700 minus shipping.

What do you guys think about the manifolds? Anyone try them out? Are there anymore intake manifolds for the rb20 other than these?

Yes I've seen them online before. I wouldn't go with them for that kind of money.

They have no R&D behind them and they are slapped together who knows where. There are some compliants about them from the RB26 guys on another forum.

Top Hat makes a manifold. $$$

RIPS makes a manifold, and by far the best quailty you'll find for the RB20. $$$$

Or a custom one would be made.

There are others I just don't know of them personally. But hey, if you're looking to change it up without going custom or high dollar than I would say buy one of those, but last time i check they ask for like $150 shipping so it puts you at $850 for a knock off. (pass)

Good luck, the RB20 gurus will chime in.

the ku engineering one fits worth sh*t, a friend has it and it has pinholes in the casting and welds as well as poorly designed.the other one looks better as it has a proper flange for the iac as well as proper threaded portions for the vac lines.ive got a rips manifold on mine but be prepared to spend some coin should you choose to go that route.

The second one from PNT cost about 200 more.

I dont plan on buying either of these UNLESS I hear some good reviews from people who tried it.

I havent seen a thread about anyone using either of these so thought I would post hoping to catch someone who did buy either of these and their input.

Thanks for the replies , I have a rough idea about the quality of the first one.

yea, heard the same from the GTR guys tossing them because they leaked as well as the design work on them makes major inconsistent flows across the runners and design causes some crazy disruptions to the airflow.

Are you interested in a aftermarker RB20 manifold? If so hit me up on aim @ ChuKi RB . We could work something out.

those manifold has the worst welding, the picture is a bit bling-bling, but i did a review on in a long time ago (search the archive for my post about it). the runners are ridiculous and not smooth flowing. beside they use to be $300 range. if you can get them to send you a DIY kit instead of a prewelded, then have it welded properly. and btw, these are Jun knock off manifold.

Also they don't even get it down to JUN specs, just to what JUN publishes as their specs are, and they don't even do a good job at getting close to them either.

Like boostsfed said, its been tried and there have been many negitives overall.
