I paid $750 or so (forgot) for it polished and shipped. However it had the wrong IACV size and was ment for a RB20 not a RB25. So I got the RB25 one and works. Now the Throttle Body doesnt fit (stock). So I had to use a Maxima one and it works. Hmm go figure. Was it worth it you ask me? I think so. Great response.

EDIT: Dont ask me how the battery fit lol. its not even the slim one that I wanted to get but it works well. And yes those are SR20 intercooler piping

hi,i got my plenum from plazamaman.com with intercooler piping, did it all myself, extremely well crafted piece, no cheap ebay crap, great sound from the car now and about 20bhp and 40-50 ft/lbs of torque. uses factory throttle body and aac valve. email me if you like [email protected]

i would not reccomend any other plenum/manifold

Thats not nice to say. Every company / design has their own feature so to each their own. However there are alot of options out there. If I were to do it again I would buy stock RB26 or Greddy intake and chop off the runners half way and weld on the RB20s. Im sure it would work?

yeah, im sorry, was just giving my opinion based on some experience, i believe the r.i.p.s. manifold is great too.greddy do the manifold for the rb25 also, that might be better suited to the rb20 as long as there are no issues with the fuel rail or water lines.personally i love greddy stuff so you cant go far wrong id say.

No offense or anything because that does indeed look like a quality piece, but $1150.00 for a half manifold is a bit steep dont you think? Is that shipped? I doubt it. I'm just saying because you can get a full R.I.P.S. manifold for only couple hundred bucks more. I dont mean to offend, really i dont. I'm just confused as to why the cost is so much for a half manifold.

aaah i see. That makes it a little better, but with shipping you're still paying a crap load.

No where in my post did i knock the price for the RIPS manifold. Its arguably the best intake manifold option available for the 20. Its pricey, BUT its a FULL manifold and a proven quality piece. Trust me, i know you get what you pay for when buying parts. I never use crap parts on my car. Ever.

What i was getting at was that i cant justify spending nearly that much on the HALF manifold made by plazmaman. $900 usd isnt TERRIBLE, but it isnt exactly worth every penny IN MY OPINION for a half manifold. I'm not saying the plazaman piece isnt quality. I just dont get why its almost the same price as the RIPS one and its only half the part. Perhaps i'm missing something and if i am, i apologize. Someone please clue me in!

I scored this one off a friend for basically nothing, but it's proving to be a hassle. Its taking a while because I have no time to work on it, but its a hacked style manifold from an OEM IM. RUnners welded inside the plenum blah blah blah. Just shows what can be done if you're resourcefull
