i thought this tip might help. Although the 25 has a longer transmission and requires some finess to pust it in the bay. i wanted to pass for the rb20 things are a bit simpler with hopes that it might help speed your swap(especially the 1st timers like me).1)The RB20 CAN go in through the top in one shot transmission and all. To do this remove the dust shield....also remove the dust shield from the KA to save yourself hackin up the RB's. 2) the KA drivline suffices with no mods.3) the KA short shifter works4) use the r32 X member......i might not seem right but trust me it fits.5) the sway bar will touch the pan and im workin on that issue with modded retaining gear opposed to modding oil pan...but it will install the r32 will not(too long).6) where to pull from was a big pain for me......there are many ways. here are the ones i chose.. Grade 7 bolt...in one holes left after removing the power steering pump...or leave the bracket and weave the chain through the triangular hole in the middle of the bracket and connect it via a retaining link. you'll need two of those. on the intake runner side i went around bout 4 runner inlets and used a retaining clamp to join the chain. the keys here are positioning of the chain because it will give you a leverage adantage upon install into the 240 i have a pic for this point.

this is just to start off and i hope it helps someone as it did me. thx for all who contributed to me getting this far...you know who you are.
