There is alot of info on the RB20 swap into a 240sx. I looked into it a little while ago and if you search, i have even found a step by step walk through and even on this site there is a blog about the RB engines and the guys that run this site will switch this chat over there. I have no problem with you asking this even though there is alot of info on it out there but i have a feeling that alot of people are going to post just to yell at you.

First the swap seems pretty easy and I think if you can put an engine in your car you can do the RB20 swap. From what i here, (anyone correct me if im wrong), You can use you KA motor mounts and drive shaft to just drop the engine in but you need a R32 x brace. I know that you need a custom throttle cable. and figure out how to wire the thing up. there are diagrams out there and i know there is a guy on here who will do it for you for a good price. You need a tach meter to adjust your gages. Keep looking there is soooo much out there on this swap, even on this site.

I have an RB26 in my 180 and honestly for the amount of money it would be better to do a RB25 swap. Ya a little more money but you will be more impressed with the 25 or 26. The RB20's have the same HP rating as the SR20 and it will cost you thousands of dollars to build it up. As far as doing the swap i can tell you what you will need but Mckinney Motorsports deals with these swaps. Gary the owner is from Okinawa where im at and knows what he is doing. Im sure if you were to email him he could hook you up with some wiring. If you have anymore questions just let me know and ill do what i can to help you out.
