Ive looked and cant seem to find what injectors will replace the stock ones i heard single overhead cam ka injectors will work does anyone know

the SOHC ka ones may "work" but dont flow NEARLY enough fuel for a RB.

what are you trying to do? replace a stock one? upgrade?

stock rb20 injectors are 270cc as are sohc ka injectors.

RB20 injectors are 260, not 270. You might want to swing by the CA forum and see if any of the mongrol horde has some "too small" CA18 OE injectors laying around. They are top feed 370s, too small with only four but a nice upgrade in a half dozen. They are low impedance though so be sure to get a dropping resistor from a VG30 turbo or another donor.

I thought if u go with a bigger injector than u have to upgrade the ecu or get a power fc

you will need some way to fine tune the fuel curve to work with bigger injectors yes, an SAFC is adequate. It is not ideal but can get the job done. An E-manage would be awesome. You can plug in the new ijector size and the unit will interpolate the whole map automatically for the new size so you just need to spend the time richening up the low spots instead of cleaning up the whole map.
