Do you want to test the O-rings or the Electrical part of the injector?

Do a fuel pressure test and see how long they system holds pressure after the engine is shut off. If it hold pressure for longer than 10 min then the system is good. If not the O-rings need to be replaced.

OHM the injectors directly to check the coil inside the injector.

You can test the resistance with a ohm meter, they should be between 9-14ohms I think. They are usually right around 11ohms.

Also you can pull out the cam angle sensor and the fuel pump fuse, and spin the cas by hand and listen for each injector to click.

take it to an injector servicing place.
They clean and flow them for about $15 to 25 each

Either that or you'll have to rig up an system which probably isn't worth your time.
