rb20 injector problem

so i fnially got the plugs to spark. the harness we received with the motor was cut, and the power to the coilpacks was cut on both ends. Now that i am getting spark still no running motor. fuel pump is working. pressure at regulator. so i pulled the cas off to spin it to see if the injectors were clicking, and nope. so the injectors arent working. However the relay labeled egi pump is clicking. when you spin the cas it clicks once, then you wait a second and it will click again. does anyone know what this could be?

did the harness get fixed correctly. thats the first place i would look....check grounds, probe the plug while spinning the cas.... start there if everything checks out you patched the harness correctly. have you tried holding a wooden handled screw driver on the injector and put your ear on the handle see if you can hear them click then
