Have you checked for Vac leaks? Is your base timing set properly? Any codes on the ECU? What did you do to try and 'fix' it already?

i'm sure it have no leaks... and no codes and car idled this way since the swap..... i tried this and it did not work...

I found this tonight and thought it might be helpful 1, Start the car up and let it fully warm up.2, Turn off and disconnect the Fast Idle selenoid (brown plug) and Fast idle control valve (purple plug) located at the rear of the plenum chamber.3, With ignition on adjust Throttle position sensor to give 0.52 0.62 volts between centre wire & earth.4, Remove passenger side kick panel and unbolt ECU but leave plugged in. Turn it around carefully and you will see a small potentiometer screw.5, Turn this screw carefully fully acw (anticlockwise) (too much grunt and you'll root it !6, Start up engine and run at >2000 rpm for a couple of minutes then let it idle (make sure A/C, Sounds and all electric devices turned off). Adjust base idle speed to 600 rpm with idle speed screw (on FICV housing where you disconnected the plugs).7, Turn screw on ecu slowly cw, rpm should be able to be tuned +/- 50 rpm, but dont go fully clockwise or you'll go into diagnostic mode and have to start all over again !.8, Reconnect all the plugs and idle should stay at what you set it at.
