Search nazi's will get you! Check out the NICO sponsors, Some of them carry rb parts. Check out rbmotoring.com , phase2motortrend.com, mckinney motorsports.

You'll need more than that if you want 400rwhp. If you are talking crank HP, that's a little easier. However, you'll need a metal head gasket and some type of engine/fuel management to properly tune everything. With a t3/t4 and the proper specs to support 400hp, you are going to have to run a lot of boost and probably have a significant amount of lag on an rb20. I say shoot for 300rwhp and you will acheive it fairly easy for much less money.

As far as building an rb24, too much money IMO. From what I've read before, some of the 26 parts do not fit and require machining for proper installation in the rb20 block. You'll probably spend $2-3k+ just for the 26 internals, and quite a bit more if you have a shop do the work. It's a little too involved for most people.

It really depends on how much money your willing to spend. You'll need a set of 550 or better injectors, Some fuel managment, either a new ECU or say an HKS AFR or SAFCII. You'll need to ditch the stock turbo. A nice T3/TO4E in 50 Trim will be nice, not much lag either. I was using NA cams which give you another 8 degree's of duration. They only cost me 50 bucks. The stock head gasket will hold just fine for 400hp. If thats your goal, if you want more buy a metal type. The FMIC is a must. I would also suggest some alcohol injection.

That will get you real close to 400 if you keep adding boost and monitoring knock. If you keep the detonation away you'll be good. Whatever your lacking, simply bolt on a Nitrous Express kit jetted for 50 HP.

Its really not all that difficult.

I have most of those already :D 550's on the way, t3/to4e 50 trim on the way, hybrid FMIC is here, getting an safc2, then a 3" exhaust cutout on the downpipe...I'm aiming for 350whp.
