rb20 high idle

hey my rb20 idles at 1500rpm and i cant get it to go down. need some help here.
before the problem occured i was driving hard with the rev between 4000 to 5500rpm it even went up to 6000.
i have changed the stepup valve, ecu, check the air flow sensor, service the throttle body, check all the air hoses, timed over the engine but nothing seems to fix the problem.

did you fool with the tps any?
if you removed the tps to clean the throttle body then the tps needs to be reset.
