RB20 Head Tensions & Timing Sequence

Does anyone know the head gasket tensions for RB20DET, and the timing Sequences (belt Installation) and marks?If anyone has diagram layouts, or knows of any web sites with diagrams would be very helpfull.Thanx

There are marks on the Cam gears that line up with the plate that is behind them( at about 11 and at 2 o'clock) and the crank mark is on oil pump(a notch) and on the bottom gear. The marks on the gears look like someone hit them with a punch.

The head is like this Head is torqued down in 5 stages. 1. 22ftlbs 2. 72ftlbs 3. slacken off 4. 22ftlbs 5. 75ftlbs or 90o
