rb20 has 2 fprs?

ok im trying to figure out why im running lean and now im checking the fuel system. on the fuel rail there seems to be two fuel pressure regulators ? i know the one on the front is def a fpr whats the one on the rear?

I know Nissan likes to put things that look like FPR's on some motors like VG's and Neo Rb's. I've been told the are some kind of fuel pump "pulse supressor" or something like that
