RB20 Harness Gurus Need Help

I am taking apart my harness for a tuck and I found my air regulator valve wire cut just chilling under some blue electrical tape??? I dont remember doing that....

Anyway, does the black/yellow stripe wire from the zzregulator connect to the one on the brown KA plug? I was looking through pin outs and cant find it on the ecu plug

Edit: After consulting the FSM more I think it goes to any 12V while In run source. All it does is close off after 7 minutes of applied voltage. Can someone please verify. And was this wire in the wiring writeup?
