i would say go with the 60 trim stage 3 and .63 a/r on the rear.with proper fuel and tuning you can easily hit 400hp little less than 20lb.

i was atcually thinking about the 57 trim .63 would that work? would it spool up pretty quick? i just think 60 trim is to big idk..

the 57 trim will be fine too, but it's about 3-lb/min difference. so lag characteristic isn't too much different IMO.

but would the little more lag be worth the extra 3 lb/min?

lag is relative, and it's more of a personal preference from here.

if i were to pay the same price for either turbo, my pick will be the 60trim, but that's just me.

there are some guys on this forum running the 57trim, try to dig and see their results.

I'm running a t04E with "o" trim... .60 a/r on compressor, .69 a/r turbine on my RB20. I don't hit boost until wayyyy late. This thing has a pretty good street tune on it too. If you don't like lag, I would stay away from this turbo. Next turbo I do is going to be a GT30r

No idea what numbers I'm running either.

edit:actually thinking about it; your O-trim is a T4 size exhaust wheel, where as the 57/60 trim are standard T3 size exhaust wheel. due to your larger exhaust wheel lag will be more.
