Soooo what happens? The wire should flip to ground if memory serves for a few seconds to prime the pump. Then it should turn back off.

I have no idea what your problem is.

Without looking at a pinout or any diagram I would have to say that you possible have a bad circuit inside the computer. I would first try grounding the relay to see if the car will run. If not i would then look into your grounds and power supplies to the ecu.

i had a similar issue with my swap.... no signal to eccs relays. ended up being a bad pcm..... try just grounding the relay and see if everything else works/runs..... if it does you can run it that way with a switch or such untill you can get another pcm to try

I put a rb25 s2 in my r32. I have spark but now fuel. The grey wire gives 12V but the signal wire only gives 0.03V. What could the problem be?

the signal wire out of the ecu that turns the relays on are grounds. Check continuity between a ground and the signal wire.

My rb20 has the same problem. I ended up shorting out the thick two wires, pins 3 and 5 on the relay, and I have about 1000 miles on my swap now. Runs good, just isn't the most elegant solution.

Ive been meaning to track the cause down but Ive been busy enjoying my car. I'll have to look into that this weekend.
