Finally I got turn her over for the first time. She spun over real fast and popped through the exhaust.

The car wouldn't run until I sprayed a bit of ether into the intake, then it ran for a few seconds.

So Now I know its a fuel issue.

I am running stock filter, stock pump for reference, getting replaced later, but should be adequate to start it up for a few minutes

fuel lines ARE correctI would assume the pump is working becaue when i took the fuel lines off to swap them, fuel sprayed out everywhere.I have power to the relay because the pump is pressurized

So im thinking it's either im not getting adequate fuel pressure to fill the fuel rail, my fuel pressure regulator is stuck open, or im not getting an injector pulse.

Can someone tell me how i test injector pulse. I am somewhat familiar with with a voltmeter if someone can guide me in that direction!

Please don't flame as I ask questions, I would rather do the swap myself and learn than to let someone else do it!

All help is appreciated and sound clips will follow!

pull out the CAS and spin it by hand in the direction the motor turns it with the ignition on. put your hand or ear on each injector and feel if it pulses. you should hear it sparking and you should hear/feel the injectors pulsing.
