Hey i Just got my ecu wondering if it is the right one. I have an RB20DET Silvertop. I am not sure about the series. the numbers are : BQ (23710-5L200) Rom-MEC-R230 - - 2611

have yet to see a BQ ecu in my chipping days.

is the chassis number that i found after some researching also found a nice list of stock roms for ecushttp://www.grid.co.jp/data_stocks.htmBut what does this mean that i may have a31 silver top ecu? does that work on r32?

it should, just will have less agressive maps and may not support consult.

As long as i can use it for now to first start it up. i am good. after runs for a couple then i will get nistune type1 for it. then all the mild tuning and no consult is no more :O
