wassup guys,

i have a friend who just got a r32 and we put a 3076 on with a stock fuel system, wideband and afc and with some tuning we manage to get 294 on a dynojet at 13psi on 87octane and she still had a lot of room for more boost surprizingly (afc was around -17,-20 across the board)but we left it at that for right now...im just curious to what some of you guys are puttin out with similiar setups.

Lol. Agree if were talking about stock rb20 injectors

Theoretically the injectors are running over 100% duty cycle at that power rating.

I'm not trying to be an a**, but don't sound so proud. You're lucky you haven't buggered anything yet. Upgrade the fuel system and use better gas before you do some serious damage.

With those numbers on a stock engine.. it sounds like you are running EXTREMELY lean!!!!!

Get it checked.

You know whats really cheap? DSM or rx7 injectors. They are also kinda easy to install too.

Good luck with it lasting like it is now.

Maybe you should look into methanol/alky/water injection. That would help out your octane and engine life (due to the octane..

Any way good luck.....

Thats funny that you say that because in japan we could not give away a good running rb20 out of my cousin skyline, we had to pay for a scrap company to take it away for us. Now with somewhat a market im sure its not that way, but you can buy the whole car for the engine sells in the states for its crazy.

Read his post again. He said "back in japan" and yes, you can't even give RB20s away there.

I'd say that's an excellent way of describing the RB20. Not a ton of power, but you sure can beat the snot out of them.

Boost98gts---was it a green/teal S14 the motor came out of? If so, that's probably the motor that came out of my R32

I am not sure if it was the same car, but yes it was a ugly green s14. That rb20 was a freken dog , I bought the whole car for 500 bucks and did a million donuts and burned the tires to the ground. I will try to find some pic's of it.
